At Restore and Reform, we love showing how a little vision and a lot of hard work can turn any space into a dream home. This latest project was a true labor of love. Let’s take you through each room and show you the incredible transformation!
Original condition untouched for years
New Windows, Ceilings and refinished floors
ENTRYWAY
Before: The entryway was dirty and had been altered with a closed off window. The ceiling offered no insulation and the floors were rough.
After: We brightened up the space by adding new impact windows, added tongue and grove wood ceilings as well new fresh paint and refinished stone floors.

LIVING ROOM
Before: The living room felt cramped with a solid wall between the living room and kitchen.
After: We kept the same layout just added a large opening to bring that southern exposure light into the living room. Then we had the fireplace restored and all new paint, lighting and floors.

KITCHEN
Before: The kitchen was stuck in the past with a closed off space that offered a 1/2 bath with only outdoor access. Lacking cabinet storage and basically an empty shell.
After: We completely reimagined the space! New countertops, cabinets, countertops and we even made the kitchen larger by removing an exterior access toilet. Top that off with open shelving, new appliances and a mosaic tile floor!
BATHROOM
Before: The bathroom(s) were outdated and in original condition with missing walls and all!
After: We replaced the fixtures with sleek, modern ones and introduced a light color palette to make the bathroom feel fresh and airy. We added floor to ceiling tile and had the tub glazed to keep that original charm.
EXTERIOR
Before: The exterior of the home was completed covered in trees and overgrown shrubs. You could not even see the home at one point!
After: We gave the exterior a major facelift, updating the landscaping and adding an amazing Tuscan inspired pool. A large deck and yard offer plenty of entertaining space.
